Update of "Who is Who" Organization Chart

With all the ownership changes in the past year, an update of this West Villages "Who is Who" chart has been long over due. Late in 2013, Lennar Homes purchased the Gran Paradiso village development from Sam Rodgers and assumed the "developer" role for that village. Divosta Homes remains as the "developer" of the IslandWalk village. In May 2014, Mattamy Homes, Ltd. from Canada purchased the bulk of the remaining, undeveloped West Villages land (about 9,650 acres) from Fourth Quarter Properties and they became the new "developer" of the West Villages Improvement District. This transfer resulted in the resignation of the old (Fourth Quarter) elected District Supervisors, and the immediate election of a new slate of Mattamy Homes elected Supervisors. Of course in June 2014, we did have our first ever, popularly elected, District Supervisor, Bob Rossmann, take his seat on the 5 member board.
