Election Date Changed to December 10th

The first date was not available at the IslandWalk club house due to a large holiday party already scheduled. At today's meeting of the WVID, the Board of Supervisors set the NEW date for the Referendum Election as:

Tuesday, Dec 10, 2013, from 1:30 to 5 pm

at the IslandWalk club house

The elections WILL NOT be conducted by the county Supervisor of Elections. Rather, the WVID staff will be the ones conducting the election. Only a simple majority vote of those "qualified electors" that cast ballots is need to decide the question:

Mark your calendars. Tell your neighbors. There will be NO absentee or proxy voting allowed, so plan to be there in person and cast your vote!
