IslandWalk Resort Center: THEN and NOW

I was cleaning out some old cabinets this weekend and came across some of the earliest (circa 2005) IslandWalk promotional literature. Patty and I bought here in October 2005 during the first year the development was selling, and just as the "bubble" was bursting. Yes, timing is everything!!!

Since our new resort center is nearing completion, I thought it might be nice to compare what's being built with the original concepts from 2005. Don't get me wrong here; not complaining at all. The times have changed and there is a "new" real estate and economic reality in effect. This is just a nostalgic look back into the not so distant past.
