Commisioner Garafalo was a no show at the meeting. The following email sent by Sue to all residents late today forwards his regrets:

As per our conversation, I wanted to apologize for what was an incredibly embarrassing scheduling mishap. I had January 14th at 2pm on my calendar since the day we set up our appointment, but somehow this week when reviewing my calendar I switched the 1 for January to a 2 for February, essentially clearing my schedule for this afternoon.
I took an appointment late yesterday for 2pm today and when I was done I got all of the Emails and missed calls from you reminding me of this terrible mistake.
I wish to reschedule and I want to personally call all of the homeowners who showed up. I know our residents time is very valuable and I am very sorry they had to waste an hour today.
