Do You Know a Snowbird ?

It occurs to me that the timing of the USPS survey mailing about the proposed zip code change favors the City of North Port.  Over one-half, about 180 homeowners, in the district are part-time or seasonal residents. They may not even receive the survey letter!  How will the USPS "count" these non-responses to the survey?

If you know anyone that isn't here now, please, please, please, CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY. Ask if they received the survey form; ask them to complete it and mail it in.  If they didn't get a survey form, please, please, please, email them this link to a copy of the form that they can print, complete, and mail.

All residents should receive the survey letter even if they are snowbirds as long as they have an active forward on their mail. Hopefully everyone will let their voice be heard so we can stop North Port from, in the words of one commissioner, shoving the North Port name down our throats...

Thank you Eddie. Good to hear from a Gran Paradiso homeowner.
